Golden Heart was established in 2013, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Operations have now
expanded across the Indiana and Florida region.
We provide non-medical companion / homemaker and skilled nursing services to seniors, those recovering
from surgery, new and expectant mothers, and others. Options include 24 hour live-in care
or hourly care.

About our Caregivers
Our experienced, compassionate and dependable caregivers provide our clients with loving care and
assistance to help make their lives easier and to retain their independence, while providing their families with the peace of mind that their loved ones are safe.
All of our caregivers are carefully screened, bonded and insured so you can trust you are getting the best possible assistance.
Caregivers can be available for Hourly/ Part Time/ Full Time basis.

Private Pay [Out of Pocket]
If no third party paid options are available, the client pays for home health care services directly.
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs.
Medicaid
Medicaid is the medical assistance program for low-income people of all ages who are unable to pay for care and who meet the eligibility guidelines.
It is financed by federal, state and local funds, and the services covered are set by federal and state law.
Payment Options
Payment is something to consider early when arranging for home health care. Golden Heart will help
you determine which payment options would best suit your needs. We will also assist with any
questions about Medicaid eligibility, and refer you to the proper organization to help you further.
